The Fit From 50 Programme is a selection of fitness and sporting activities for men and women between the ages of 50 and 65 living or working in Spelthorne.

The aim of this unique programme is to give you the opportunity to find out how to achieve a healthier lifestyle in a safe, effective and fun environment. We provide qualified and professional trainers from a variety of sporting and health related professions to help inspire you to a more active lifestyle.

Current activities include a full 8 week 'taster' programme plus regular weekly Badminton, Tai Chi and 5-a-side Football sessions. We also hope run regular Yoga courses.
