Quadriceps Stretch

Hamstring Stretch

Hamstring Stretch

Keep your bottom on the floor and put one leg straight in the air and the other leg bent with the sole of your foot on the floor. Calf Stretch

Calf Stretch

Place both hands on the wall one leg forward and one leg straight behind you with your toes pointing forwards and your heel pushing into the ground.
